Refund Policy Details

  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
  • Request a return within 24 hours of delivery (only on non personalized items) Decision for an item return is on a case by case basis. Prior approval is a must.
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery upon approval (once item has been received without any damage we will then submit a refund
  • If you would like to exchange for a different item please contact me for prior approval before you ship your item back to me.
  • Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. Buyers are also responsible for the shipping cost of any item that is an exchange.

  • If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We must receive images of the damaged item before moving forward.
  • If there is a mistake made by myself, I require you to send photos of the error before I can move forward in a remedy.
  • Once you submit your request, we will either replace the item or you may opt for a refund (product only).

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged… Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I will not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items on Sale
