 How to hang your sign faq

  • Every sign comes with a keyhole hanger routed into the back, saw tooth hanger, eye hooks or rope for hanging.
  • Most signs can hang with just a nail. If you plan on hanging heavy items from signs with hooks, we suggest using a screw drilled into the sign and a stud.
  • The screw head simply slides into the large hole end of the keyhole hanger and you slide it along until it is level. This also locks the top portion of the sign onto the wall.
  • In order to help the hook signs from swinging, place a command strip at the bottom to help secure or simply screw the sign to your wall.

How shipping cost is determined faq

  • Shipping cost is based upon the size, weight and the distance it has to travel.
  • We do our best to keep this cost down to a minimum.
  • Please know that we are NOT Amazon and cannot get your items to you in 2 days or less.

  • Yes, absolutely we accept custom orders.

When will my order ship? faq

  • All great things take time!
  • Current processing time frame is 1-3 weeks.
  • We complete orders in which they are received.

What if I want to return or exchange? faq

  • Request a return within 24 hours of delivery (only on non personalized items) Decision for an item return is on a case by case basis. Prior approval is a must.
  • If you would like to exchange for a different item please contact me for prior approval before you ship your item back to me.
  • If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
